Hey,
wir - Vanessa, Thomas, und Frieda - suchen eine Mitbewohnerin/er (zur Zwischenmiete), da unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin bis Juli 2015 im Ausland ist. Es besteht die Option, dass das Zimmer bis 1. Juli 2015 frei ist.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Ehinger-Tor (Ulm-Mitte) - beste Verkehrsanbindung. Das Zimmer (Altbau: hohe Decken) ist circa 26 qm groß, Prakett und sehr hell gelegen. Die gesamte Wohnung hat geschätze 135 qm, Die Miete für das möbilierte Zimmer beläuft sich inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Warmwasser, Internet...) auf 300 Euro/Monat. In der nähe befindet sich alles was man fürs trägliche Leben so braucht (Norma :-)). Zu Fuß ist man in ca. fünf Minuten in der Fußgängerzone.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin die an unserem Wg-Leben teilnehmen möchte. Also ruft einfach an und macht einen Zeitpunkt für die Besichtigung mit uns aus.
