Ich suche ein Nachmieter (m/w) für ein grosses Zimmer in einer 5er Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentrale in Ulm, an der Ecke Frauenstrasse/Bockgasse. Man braucht 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Münsterplatz, auch 5 zur Donau, 10-15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 1 Minute entfern.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG. Im EG gibt es eine Kneipe und Wohnungen in den OG.
Ich ziehe aus dem Land und muss deswegen meinen Möbeln hinterlassen. Es gibt:
Doppelbett + Matratz, Betttisch, Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank, Stuhl, Sessel, Rattanstuhl, Mülleimer, Spiegel + Tisch, Sitzkissen, Kühlschrank (im Zimmer). Ich frage dafür 450€.
In der Küche gibt es schon viele Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Besteck, usw. Eine Waschmaschine steht auch in der Küche.
Auch in der WG wohnen eine Studentin, 3 beruflicher Männer.
Leider wird es geraucht in der Küche.
Die Miete für dieses Zimmer kostet 216 € monatlich, inklusiv alle nebenkosten. Die Kaution ist 284 €.
