mein Name ist Julia Zimmermann und studiere im 3. Semster Medizin in Ulm. Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er WG. Du solltest zwischen 19 und 25 Jahre alt sein, in der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden. Keine Zweck-WG!
Es handelt sich um eine großzügige 78 m2 große Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Münsterblick. Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, bis zur Uni sind es 10 min mit dem Bus und in die Innenstadt zu Fuß 5 min.
Miete beträgt 280€ kalt plus 100€ Nebenkosten und 10€ fürs Internet. Frei ist die Wohnung ab 1.10., die Kaution beträgt 560€.
Du würdest ein Schlafzimmer (16m2) bekommen und ein Arbeitszimmer (12m2) mit Zugang zu unserem großen Balkon. Das Arbeitszimmer wird abends dann als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Einbauküche, Wlan, Telefon und Kellerabteil vorhanden. Den Autostellplatz im Innenhof teilen wir uns.
