Zimmer:
Leider muss uns ein Mitbewohner Ende März für sein Studium verlassen, daher suchen wir ab 1.4. eine(n) netten Mitbewohner/in für ein 22qm großes Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, ein Bad und ein extra WC sowie einen Balkon auf dem man sich prima sonnen kann. Außerdem noch ein Kellerzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und schön hell, da eine Seite des Zimmers eine komplette Fensterfront hat und nachmittags bis abends die Sonne hineinscheint.
Außerdem sind im Haus noch 3 andere WGs mit lustigen Leuten, mit denen wir auch einiges zusammen machen.
Lage:
Die WG befindet sich in Neu-Ulm, aber bis zum Ulmer Zentrum (Münster) sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten, bis zur Donau auch. Diverse Geschäfte und ein Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle der Linie 5 (gut für FH Neu-Ulm und Uni Ulm) ist es auch nicht weit.
WG-Leben:
Wir sind absolut keine Zweck-WG, es gibt des öfteren gemütliche WG-Abende oder andere Unternehmungen, egal ob Party, Nabada oder Skifahren.
