Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock hat drei (Schlaf-)Zimmer, die alle sehr hell sind und einen schönen Blick haben.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 qm groß.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und verfügt über eine ganz neue Küche und ein renoviertes Bad.
Schmuckstück der Wohnung ist das große Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, der einen tollen Blick über das Fischerviertel bietet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt im Fischerviertel. In die Innenstadt braucht man keine 3 Minuten und auch an der Donau ist man in 2 Minuten.
Diverse Buslinien sind an der Haltstelle Rathaus in direkter Nähe!
Wir sind zwei Beerufsanfängerinnen, beide 26 Jahre alt. Vormittags sind wir enstprechend unter der Woche in der Regel nicht da. Abends kochen wir gerne mal zusammen.
