Das Zimmer ist 25 qm groß und durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und zentral gelegen. Am Liebsten wäre es mir wenn du die Möbel übernehmen würdest (das ist natürlich kein Muss). Das Bad und die Küche teilst du dir mit deinen neuen Mitbewohnern. Du solltest am besten bereits arbeiten/promovieren oder in den Endzügen deines Studiums sein, da deine neuen Mitbewohner ebenfalls berufstätig sind.

Die Haltestelle am Theater kann in ca. 3 Minuten erreicht werden. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen auf ein Feierabendbier oder gehen essen. Es kann sich trotzdem jeder in sein Zimmer zurück ziehen um zb in Ruhe zu arbeiten. Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Putzfrau und reinigt Bad & Küche, der Putzaufwand reduziert sich dadurch. Nichtsdestotrotz sind wir eine ordentliche WG :)
