Das Zimmer diente bisher als Wohnzimmer. Es ist sehr hell und hat einen schönen Erker. Das Zimmer ist vom Flur aus erreichbar und hat ca. 30qm.Durch die hohen Decken hat das Zimmer einen loftigen Charakter.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles kann mitbenutzt werden. Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden kann.
Das Haus befindet sich unweit vom Brotmuseum entfernt - also direkt in der Stadtmitte. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen wie Supermarkt, Kneipe, S-Bahnhaltestelle
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, und da ich nochmals ein Studium aufnehme, muss ich für diese 3 Jahre aus meiner Wohnung eine WG machen. Da ich ein eher geselliger Typ bin, habe ich eigentlich keine Lust auf eine reine Zweck-WG. Ab und zu zusammen was unternehmen wie um die Häuser ziehen wäre von Vorteil :-)
