ich werde bald aus meinem 12qm-Zimmer in unserer 6er WG ausziehen. Da ich Deutschland verlassen werde, würde ich gerne meine Möbel verkaufen (zu einem attraktiven und verhandelnbaren Preis). Zu verkaufen sind ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, ein Nachtisch, ein Kleiderschrank und 2 Regale. In der WG geht es ruhig zu und es ist ideal, um ein nettes WG-leben zu genießen
Die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses und besteht aus Küche, Bad mit Wanne, 2 einzelnen Toiletten, zwei kleinen Abstellräumen und natürlich unseren Zimmern. Die Küche (Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine) ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. 2. Tür zum Balkon) und der Tisch ist groß genug für 6 Personen. Der Balkon ist mit ca. 18 m² recht groß und eignet sich für BBQs, Sonnenbäder oder Fahrradreperaturen.
I will soon move out of my 12 m2-room in our 6-person WG. As I am leaving Germany I am also willing to sell my furniture (at an attractive and negotiable price) which includes a double bed, a desk (with its chair), a bedside table, a wardrobe and 2 shelves. The room is very quiet and ideal to enjoy a nice WG life. The flat is on the first floor and has a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, two separate toilets, two small storage rooms and, of course, our rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large table, big enough for 6 persons. There is also a balcony which is 18 m2 large and perfect for BBQs, sunbathing or fixing your bicycle.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Ulm, innerhalb 10 Minuten kann man locker bis zum Hbf oder Münster laufen, Ikea und Kaufland sind etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Theater, ein türkischer Supermarkt und ein Pizza Service sind weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. In zwei Minuten erreicht man die Bus- und S-Bahn-Haltestelle.
The location of the flat is very good. You can reach the Münster or the Hauptbahnhof in less than 10 min. on foot and a 15 min. walk will get you to Ikea and Kaufland. The Theater, a Turkish supermarket and a Pizza Service are less than one minute away. The bus and tram stations are also very close and can be reached in 2 min.
Wir sind eine internationale WG. Die WG-Sprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch, eine der beiden Sprachen musst du als zukünftige(r) Mitbewohner(in) beherrschen. Bei 6 Personen gibt es natürlich ein paar Regeln wie den Putzplan. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut und machen ab und an auch gerne etwas zusammen.
We are an international WG. The WG-languages are English and German, so as a potential flatmate you should at least speak one of them. Of course, with 6 persons in the same flat, you need to have some ground rules and especially a cleaning schedule. We get along well and like to do something all together from time to time.
