Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer:
eines mit 20qm (Zimmer 1), das momentan als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird und das andere mit 16qm (Zimmer 2), momentan als Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Du hast die Wahl welches du davon haben willst, gerne auch teilmöbliert.
Das 20qm-Zimmer kostet insgesamt 420€, das kleinere 360€.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat eine Spülmaschine :)
Die Lage ist sehr gut, in ca. 2 Minuten ist man an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle; in ca. 5 Minuten am Münster. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super zu Fuß in ca. 3-5 Minuten erreichbar, generell hat man hier alles praktisch vor der Haustür.
Zur Hochschule sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 3; den Bus zur Uni erreicht man in ca. 6 Minuten.
Kurz zu mir: ich habe in Ulm studiert und beginne ab Mai zu arbeiten, bin also normalerweise nur abends daheim.
Ich bin gern mit Freunden unterwegs, koche und backe total gerne und bin auch immer für einen gemütlichen Abend zu haben :)
Besichtigungen sind normalerweise am späten Nachmittag oder abends möglich, einfach schreiben/anrufen wann es dir am besten passt!
