Hallo zusammen,
Ich, (25, Student) suche ab 1.10. einen neuen Mitbewohner* für meine Zweier-WG.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG und das freie Zimmer ist 16 qm groß.
Die Lage des Wohnhauses ist sehr zentral, es befinden sich insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten im Haus. In weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht man die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Justizgebäude und auch die Stadtmitte ist in weniger als 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Olgabar und andere Bars sind auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt ; ) .
Zur WG-Ausstattung gehört eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und zwei Kühlschränke.
Die aktuelle Miete beträgt 320€ (Warm incl. GEZ, Müll, Internet,...), wird aber zum 1.1.18 auf 345€ erhöht.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner* mit dem ich abends gemütlich zusammensitzen, kochen oder ein Bierchen trinken kann. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG daher ist es mir wichtig, dass mein Mitbewohner das auch so sieht.
