The room is about 15 squared meters, plus a very handy built-in closet. It is furnished with a bed, nightstand, wardrobe and desk and has blinds on the windows.
Overall, the apartment has another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 2-3 people, a living room/dining room with a very nice view of the Münster. The apartment is fully renovated and very comfortable.
The location is just perfect! The apartment is on the main square in the center of Ulm, close to everything.
Within 5 minutes walk you can find:
Bus station (bus n. 4,5)
Supermarket (Alnature and Rewe city)
Ulm city hall (Rathaus).
The farmer's market on Münsterplatz runs every Wednesday and Saturday, where you can find all sorts of fresh products.
Many pubs and restaurants are in the area around the Münster, and the Fischerviertel is a few blocks away.
The main train station, the tram station and the post office are about 600 meters away.
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Ulm. I am from Italy and I moved to Ulm a couple years ago. I currently speak very little German, but I am trying to learn.
I like to do sports and travel, and I enjoy meeting and spending time with friends, possibly over a good German beer :)
I am looking for an easygoing, friendly flatmate, with which sharing a nice conversation at the end of the day.
The costs for the rent include all the facilities (Internet, heating, electricity, garbage) and cleaning of the apartment once every two weeks.
The moving out date is flexible.
