Willkommen in unserer wundervollen WG-Wohnung direkt neben dem Ulmer Münster, dem höchsten Kirchturm der Welt!
Das Zimmer ist der Hammer. Mit einem Münsterblick, das keine andere WG in Ulm zu bieten hat!
Außerdem hat die WG alles, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, eine schöne Küche, Schnelles WLAN, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, großzügige Essensregale und, sehr wichtig, ein von der Toilette getrenntes Bad ;)
Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert. Du kannst aber, wenn du magst, auch eigene Möbel mitbringen, wir haben genug Stauraum.
Welcome to our wonderful shared apartment right next to Ulmer Münster, the highest church tower in the world!
The room is awesome. With a view of the cathedral that no other shared flat in Ulm has to offer!
The shared flat also has everything you need: Washing machine, dishwasher, a nice kitchen, fast wifi, oven, microwave, blender, generous food shelves and, very importantly, a bathroom separate from the toilet ;)
The room is already furnished. But you can also bring your own furniture if you like, we have enough storage space.
Mal im Ernst: Wenn du NOCH zentraler wohnen willst, musst du IN das Ulmer Münster ziehen! 😉
Die Lage könnte wirklich nicht besser sein. Die Haltestellen Rathaus, Hauptbahnhof, Justizgebäude, Theater sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein REWE und Rossmann sind unsere direkten Nachbarn ❤️

The location really couldn't be better. The town hall, main train station, court building and theater are all within walking distance.

Wir führen ein entspanntes, und vom Berufsalltag geprägtes WG-Leben.
Flo ist IT-Projektleiter, Shashwat kommt aus Indien und arbeitet bei Zeiss, Yulian kommt aus Bulgarien und arbeitet bei Iveco und nebenbei bei Lieferando, und ich arbeite als Marketing-Kaufmann in einem Vertrieb für Veranstaltungstechnik.
Uns ist wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen, Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen und jeder seinen Teil zum WG Leben beiträgt. Wir haben einen einfachen Putzplan, bei dem jeder einen Bereich übernimmt.
Wir haben im letzten Jahr die WG mit einer neuen Küche, einem neuen Boden und vielen schönen Leinwand-Bildern im Flur so richtig aufgepeppt!
Wenn du dich für Meditation, Gesundheit, Unternehmertum oder Persönlichkeitsentwicklung interessierst, hätten wir schonmal ein Gesprächsthema. 😉

We lead a relaxed life, which is mostly characterized by everyday working life.
Flo is an IT project manager, Shashwat comes from India and works at Zeiss, Yulian comes from Bulgaria and works at Iveco and also at Lieferando, and I work as a marketing manager in an event technology sales company.
It's important to us that we get on well, show consideration for each other and each play our part in life in the shared flat. We have a simple cleaning plan where everyone takes on one area.
Last year, we really spruced up the flat share with a new kitchen, a new floor and lots of beautiful canvas pictures in the hallway!
