Das freie Zimmer ist ca 16qm groß, ist sehr hell mit 2 Fenstern und hat einen Kabelanschluss für einen Fernseher. Die WG ist zwar in der Innenstadt aber es ist trotzdem super ruhig, da das Haus in einem Innenhof liegt und somit keine Straße mit Autos daran vorbeiführt.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohzimmer, 1 Küche, WC und Bad sind getrennt)
Die WG liegt super zentral in der Ulmer Innenstadt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle „Justizgebäude“ und ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß in die Hirschstraße/Münsterplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Aktuell wohnen Julia und Vero in der WG, ich werde im Mai ausziehen. Julia studiert und Vero ist Berufstätig. Vero zieht allerdings zum 01.08. auch aus, deswegen wird nochmal jemand neues kommen.
Es soll eine reine Mädels-WG bleiben.
Da die WG nochmal komplett neu durchgemischt wird, kann ich zum WG Leben leider nicht viel sagen :)
