Helles 20qm Zimmer nahe Ulmer Münster

Die WG liegt direkt in der Ulmer Fußgängerzone, man hat viele Cafés und Läden in der Straße und fällt am Samstag fast aus der Haustür in den Wochenmarkt. Trotzdem ist es eher leise und man hat absolut keinen Autolärm.
Zu Fuß kommt man schnell zum Rathaus oder zum Theater, von wo aus die meisten Ulmer Bus/Bahnlinien fahren.
Es gibt zwei Supermärkte in kurzer Laufweite, Brötchen kriegt man direkt unten im Haus und man kann immer irgendwo ein Bierchen trinken, Frühstücken oder Essen gehen.

Wir sind eine kleine zweier WG, in der es harmonisch und freundschaftlich zugehen sollte.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Anfang dreißig, arbeitet als Psychologin und ist immer für ein gemeinsames Kochen, ein gutes Gespräch oder einen Wein zu haben. Als Hobbies singt sie im Chor, geht gerne ins Theater, Schwimmen oder Squash spielen und ist für einen Spieleabend immer offen.
Du kannst gerne noch studieren, eine Ausbildung machen oder schon berufstätig sein. Wichtig ist, dass du aus der Partyphase raus bist, aber trotzdem eine offene und gesellige Person bist. Ein wenig Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitssinn wäre auch hilfreich. Super wäre es auch, wenn du etwas längerfristiges suchst.

Termine zur Besichtigung würden deine neue Mitbewohnerin bereits ab diesem Sonntag vereinbaren, es wäre also super, wenn du in den nächsten 10 Tagen in der Stadt wärst und vorbei kommen könntest. Trotz Corona ist es wichtig, dass ihr euch gut verstehen, so dass bei der Besichtigung auch Zeit zum Reden eingeplant ist. Genau deswegen wären aussagekräftige Bewerbungen toll, weil wir nur ein paar Personen einladen wollen.

The room has several windows and is quite sunny. It has a square cut and is approx. 20qm big with a carpet.
It is pretty quite with no noise from traffic, sometimes you can hear the occasional party goer on their way home.

The flat is right in the old town of Ulm in the pedestrian area near the Münster. Thus you have many cafes, shops and the market on wed/sat. Despite all of that it is rather quiet.
Its close to different stops of public transport (4min walk) and thus connects well to most parts of the city.
There are supermarkets, bakeries, as well as several nice places to eat or have a drink nearby.
The flat is shared with a female psychologist in her early thirties. She is quite busy with work sometimes, but getting along with her future flatmate is really important to her. A friendly relationship, some chats, shared wine or cooking would be great. Her hobbies are going to the theater, playing squash, swimming and she is always open to company.
We are open towards students and working folks, as long as you are not a party person anymore, but still open minded and social. Being clean and tidy would be nice as well.
