Weil ich einen neuen Haushaltgründe wird ein schönes großes Wg Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Münsterplatz).Hohe helle Räume und ein kleiner Wintergarten sind vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Loka das "neue Welt" heißt mit Biergarten. Trozdem ist kaum Lärm zu hören. Nachbarn sind sehr nett und tolerant. Da die Wohnug vor 2 Jahren leer war wurde eine neue Küche eingebaut und neuer Laminat verlegt. Dafür fällt eine Ablösesumme von 500€ an. In den gesamten Nebenkosten ist auch Dsl 6000 mit Telefonflat enthalten.
Aber am besten schaut ihr das euch selber an.
