Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine 3er-WG in Ulm Stadtmitte, da ich zum 1.8 ausziehe. .
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und hat 1 Fenster, ist dementsprechend hell! heller Dielenboden.
Die Küche ist gemütlich und vom der Küche geht ein Balkon ab.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist natürlich unsere Eismaschine in der Küche!

In ein paar Minuten bist du am Hbf . Drei Supermärkte befinden sich in nächster Umgebung und die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man ohne Probleme schnell überall hin!
In der Wg wird zusammen gekocht, gefeiert und natürlich wird es aber auch akzeptiert wenn du dich mal zurückziehen möchtest! Wir müssen ja schließlich alle mal was für die FH oder die Uni machen.
