Die Zimmer sind beide sehr groß und sehr sympathisch geschnitten. In der Wohnung fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind mit dunklem Kirschbaumlaminat ausgestattet.
Zimmer 1. Ca. 26 qm 360 Euro + 50 Nebenkosten (leider schon vermietet)
Zimmer 2 ca. 17 qm 340 Euro + 50 Nebenkosten
Weiter steht zur Verfügung eine fast neue Ikea Küche incl. aller Elektrogeräte. Ein Bad mit Dusche und ein großer Eingangsbereich, der Platz bietet für zahlreiche Jacken und Schuhe.
Diese Wohnung liegt ideal zwischen Uni und Innenstadt. Wobei der Fussweg in die Stadt ca. 4 min dauert und die Bahnverbindung zur Uni ca. 8 minuten. D.h. für den Alltag Zeit sparen ohne Ende. Das macht sich dann in den stressigen Lernphasen bemerkbar:)
Derjenige der zuerst einziehen wird, kann sich sein Mitbewohner selber aussuchen.
