Das Zimmer ist hell und hat einen schönen Holzboden mit hohen Wänden. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist schön und gibt dem Zimmer viel Licht ab.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig, Bad mit Badewanne, getrenntes WC, großzügiger Flur und Einbauschränke für Jacken und Schuhe.
WICHTIG: Für eines der zwei angebotenen Zimmer wird ein neuer Hauptmieter gesucht, der/die ein festes Einkommen hat, der-/diejenige wird die Miete für die GESAMTE WOHNUNG an die Eigentümerin überweisen. (880€ warm)
