Da in unserer jetzigen WG ein Zimmer frei geworden ist, suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Momentan sind wir zwei Studentinen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig und wir haben sowohl einen Speicher als auch einen Kellerraum zur Nutzung. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass die Wohnung nur mit Holz beheizt wird. Deshalb ist das Zimmer für die zentrale Lage auch sehr günstig. Das Zimmer selber hat ca. 10qm. Bei Fragen könnt Ihr gerne anrufen. Wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Neu-Ulm, direkt hinter dem Rathaus. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Münster. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür und sowohl zur Hochschule in Neu-Ulm als auch zur Uni/Hochschule in Ulm gibt es regelmäßig Anbindungen.
Da wir eher eine gesellige WG sind, würden wir uns natürlich freuen wenn unsere zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ebenfalls gerne am WG-Leben teilnimmt.
Da wir jemanden für länger suchen, ist zusätzlich eine einmalige Kaution zu zahlen.
