mein Zimmer wird ab 1.August frei (bzw. ZWEI Zimmer - ein Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer)wahlweise auch zur Zwischenmiete bis Januar 2015. Vermietet werden die Zimmer teilmöbliert, das heißt ein passgenauer großer Schreibtisch, drei große Einbauschränke und wenn gewünscht "Bett"mit Nachttisch und Sideboard.
Unsere WG ist wirklich in einer tollen Lage, direkt an der Donau, nicht weit von dem Ulmer
Naherholungspark "Friedrichsau".
Mit dem Bus ist alles erreibar. Haltestelle:
-"Kasernenstrasse" 3min zu Fuß
-"Rathaus Neu-Ulm" 6min
-"Kongresszentrum" 5min
Auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 0,nix in der Innenstadt.
Und unsere Nachbarn sind wirklich auch alle sehr nett.
Wir sind eine tolle WG im Alter zwischen 21 und 26 Jahren , die gerne auch
mal was zusammen unternimmt und zusammen kocht.
Keine Sorge, weil es bisher eine Jungs WG war, es ist echt ordentlich und total entspannt :)´
