Zur Miete steht mein geräumiges und helles WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einen Reihenhaus im 2.OG. Im Haus befinden sich nur noch ein Büro im Erdgeschoss, somit ist das Wohnen dort sehr angenehm.
Das Haus wurde vor zwei Jahren teilsaniert (Vollwärmeschutz + neue Fenster). Wohnung hat geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine große gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und integrierter Dusche und ein separates WC. Zur WG gehört auch noch ein Keller. Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten schon mit eingerechnet.

- Bahnhof Neu-Ulm 3 Minuten zu Fuß
- ZUP ebenfalls in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (perfekte Busanbindung zu HS Ulm, HNU und Uni).
- Fischerviertel in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären drei nette und gesellige Typen (Tobi Elektrotechnik Master 1. Semester, Stefan Maschinenbau 7.Semester, Tobi Produktionstechnik 4. Semester).
Wir sitzen gerne abends mal zusammen und gehen dann auch öfters zusammen weg.
Natürlich hat jeder auch seinen Freiraum wenn er will.
