Das Zimmer ist sehr schön geschnitten mit einem großen Fenster Richtung Westen. Falls die Abendsonne mal zu stark ist, ist auch ein Rolladen vorhanden. Das Zimmer liegt an einer ruhigen Straße und nachts kann man auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es also genug. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr Richtung Uni liegt nur zwei Minuten entfernt.
Beide Mitbewohner stehen kurz vor ihrem Abschluss (einmal Bachelor, einmal Master) werden aber weiterhin ab der Uni tätig bleiben.
Ansonsten gilt: alles kann, nichts muss!
Es wurden für das Wohnzimmer und die Loggia Möbel gekauft, die übernommen werden müssten. Allerdings ist das schon ein Weilchen her sodass sich die Kosten im Rahmen halten.
