Beautiful WG room in 3 WG near center Schönes WG-Zimmer in 3er WG nahe Zentrum

Our apartment at the foot of Michelsberg is very centrally located. You will be at the bus stop "Frauenstraße", about 15-20 minutes walk in the city centre. It takes only two minutes to the university, you can get to the university well with the tram, supermarkets and a baker are also easily reachable on foot, as are the Klinik Michelsberg with a pharmacy.
Right next to our house there are good parking facilities without parking costs if you have a car. Otherwise there are also bicycle stands and a bicycle cellar as well as a basement compartment for our stuff.
Generally it is quiet and green with us, in the house many students who are very simple and nice. :
A master team takes care of gardening and cleaning the halls.

Unsere Wohnung am Fuße des Michelsbergs ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in fünf Minuten an der Bushaltestelle "Frauenstraße", in etwa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Zur Hochschule dauert es nur zwei Minuten, zur Uni kommt man gut mit der Straßenbahn, Supermärkte und ein Bäcker sind auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Klinik Michelsberg mit einer Apotheke.
Direkt neben unserem Haus gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten ohne Parkkosten, falls du ein Auto hast. Sonst gibt es auch Fahrradständer und einen Fahrradkeller sowie ein Kellerabteil für unser Zeug.
Allgemein ist es ruhig und grün bei uns, im Haus wohnen viele Studierende, die sehr unkompliziert und nett sind. :)
Ein Hausmeister-Team kümmert sich um Gartenarbeiten und das Putzen der Flure.

Your roommates would be:
Melina, 25, is currently a specialist in wholesale and foreign trade. She likes to be with a delicious beer (the Frenchman prefers yeast wheat dark) and likes to sit on the PS5 and also dances (Dancehall in the Tanzverein for 4 years and autodidactic K-Pop choreos)

Sebastian, 28, studies mechanical engineering at TH Ulm. He likes to play sports and guitar. He loves football in sport and the electric guitar in music (no worry about noise. Runs all over the laptop :D )

A nice, open coexistence would be very important and a pure purpose WG would not be an option. But it is also definitely fine to just shut the door and want its rest. As so often, "Everything can, nothing must" :)

Deine Mitbewohner wären:
Melina, 25, ist gerade in ihrer Ausbildung zur Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandel. Sie ist gerne gerne mal bei nem lecker Bierchen dabei (da wird das Franziskaner Hefeweizen Dunkel bevorzugt) und zockt gern auf der PS5 und tanzt auch (Dancehall im Tanzverein für 4 Jahre und autodidaktische K-Pop choreos)

Sebastian, 28, studiert im Master Maschinenbau an der TH Ulm. In der Zeit die daneben noch übrig ist macht er gern Sport und spielt Gitarre. Beim Sport ist ihm Fußball am liebsten und bei der Musik die E-Gitarre (Keine Sorge wegen Lärm. Läuft alles über den Laptop :D )

Ein nettes, offenes Miteinander wäre sehr wichtig und eine reine Zweck-WG eher keine Option. Es ist aber auch definitiv in Ordnung, einfach mal die Türe zu schließen und seine Ruhe haben zu wollen. Wie so oft gilt "Alles kann, nichts muss" :)
