Ab Anfang April ist bei uns ein Zimmer frei.
Die WG ist sehr komfortabel. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, super geile Wohnküche mit allem was dazugehört (u.a. Gasherd) , neues Bad mit Badewanne, top WG-Bewohner & nette Nachbarn, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle direkt ums Eck, superschöner Altbaustil mit hohen Wänden, etc.
Es ist eine 3er WG mit ca. 84 Quadratmetern - Schaut es euch besten selbst an! ;)
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert!
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zu einem Supermarkt (Treff 3000) und eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung an die Uni und in die Stadt ist sehr gut erreichbar (Frauenstraße/DRK). Man kann aber auch einfach in die Stadt laufen.
Die Friedrichsau zum Entspannen im Sommer ist auch nicht weit entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten da.
Kommt einfach vorbei und lernt uns kurz persönlich kennen, wir sind unkompliziert und wir kommen sicher gut miteinander aus :)
Unsere WG ist blitzeblank sauber, da wir eine Putzfrau haben (Die Kosten sind bei den Nebenkosten dabei) und auch sonst natürlich immer schauen, dass wir alles sauber hinterlassen.
