Super Zimmer in der Multikulti-Yuppie-WG in Ulm

Unsere Spanieren verlässt uns leider im Dezember. Daher wird jetzt ein
Zimmer in unserer Yuppie-WG frei. Wir sind drei Workaholics um die 30:
eine slowenische Biologin mit Hang zu Fernreisen, ein indischer
Wirtschaftsingenieur, der auf schwere Maschinen steht und ein
halbösterreichischer, sportsüchtiger Informatiker.

Da wir eine Multikulti-WG sind, sprechen wir oft Englisch untereinander.
Wir sind zwar nicht mehr die Party WG, die wir mal waren, aber dafür
geht es mittlerweile gechillt und eher familiär zu. Wir kochen hin und
wieder zusammen oder gehen gemeinsam weg, trotzdem bleibt jedem sein
Freiraum. Wir wohnen in einem schmucken Altbau mit hohen Decken in
ruhiger aber zentraler Lage in der Oststadt. Das Münster ist in ca. 15
min. zu Fuß erreichbar und Bus und Straßenbahn halten direkt um die
Ecke. Für nächtliche Hamsterkäufe stehen Rewe und Lidl direkt gegenüber
zur Verfügung.

Dein Zimmer hat 14 qm, ist auf der sonnigen Südseite und hat als
einziges einen privaten Minibalkon. Zur Wohnung fällt uns eigentlich
nur Gutes ein: Wir haben eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Essecke und einem
angrenzenden Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer frühstücken kann (oder auch
grillen, wenn man es mit dem Mietvertrag nicht so genau nimmt). Wir
haben einen eigenen Keller und einen Dachboden, also Platz im Überfluss.
Bad und Toilette sind separat. Dein Fahrrad hat im Hof hinter dem Haus
Platz. Falls Du ein Auto hast, kein Problem: Parkplätze (ohne
Parkausweis/Anwohnerparken) sind ausreichend vorhanden. Darüber hinaus
sind unsere Nachbarn sehr nett, tolerant und damit absolut stressfrei.

Falls dich das nicht abgeschreckt hat, du mindestens 26 Jahre und etwas
WG-Erfahrung auf dem Buckel hast, du aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert,
selbstständig bist, du Spaß verstehst und Bock auf ne coole Zeit in

Hey there,
Our dear Spanish girl is leaving us in December. Therefore, we're
looking for someone to live with us in our shared yuppie flat. We're
three workaholics around 30: a Slovenian travel addicted biologist, an
Indian industrial engineer with a heart for heavy machines and a half
Austrian computer scientist addicted to sports.

Since we live in a multicultural shared flat, foreigners and non german
speakers are also welcome here. Although we're not the
party-all-night-long flat, which we once were, it has become quite
snugly and relaxed over the years. We like to cook or go out together
every once in a while, but without forcing anyone to join. The house
we're living in is a neat old building with high ceilings in a calm but
pretty central location in the eastern part of Ulm. The Muenster
cathedral is just a 15 min. walk away, bus and tram stations are right
around the corner. If you feel like shopping at night, two supermarkets
are just across the street.

Your room is about 14 square meters on the sunny southside of the flat
with a tiny private balcony. Our kitchen, where we sometimes eat
together, is pretty comfy and has a nice balcony attached to it. There
we have breakfast in the summer (or BBQ if you don't take the landlady's
rules too seriously). We have our own room in the basement and the
attic, so we have plenty of space to store all your stuff. Bathroom and
rest room are separated. You can put your bike in the courtyard and for
your car there are enough free parking lots around the house. Besides,
our neighbors are very friendly and tolerant and so far we've never had
any troubles with them.

least 26 years old, have some shared flat experiences, you are open
minded, straightforward, you can take a joke and if you want to have a
