ein super schönes- helles WG-Zimmer wird für ein knappes Jahr zur Untermiete frei!
Da ich in dieser Zeit im Ausland bin, würde ich meine Möbel sehr gerne im Zimmer lassen (allerdings sind es andere Möbel als die auf dem Foto)und bin froh wenn gut auf sie aufgepasst wird :)
Das Zimmer ist ca 19qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster Richtung Osten.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Oststadt am Anfang der König-Wilhelm-Strasse. Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle (Willy-Brandt-Platz) ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt und liegt direkt neben dem REWE. In die Innenstadt und bis zum Münster bist du in 10 Minuten gelaufen.
In der WG wirst du mit Sophia und Flo wohnen. Obwohl natürlich jeder seinem eigenen Alltag hinterher hängt, sitzen wir häufig gemeinsam in der Küche, schauen Fernsehen oder gehen zusammen feiern- es ist also keine reine Zweck-WG :)
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Toilette sowie nochmal ein extra WC und einen großen Wohnflur. Ausserdem haben wir eine relativ neue Küche, die erst vor 3 Jahren eingebaut wurde.
Die restliche Wohnung kannst du dir gerne anschauen! Komm doch einfah mal vorbei und lern uns kennen!
