Wir (Max und Robert) suchen zum 01.Januar 2013 für unsere 3er-WG einen neuen Mitbewohner/in, da unser alter Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammen zieht. Wir studieren beide hier in Ulm. Die Wohnung ist 100qm groß, hat hohe Decken und ist vollständig mit Laminat ausgelegt. Das Bad ist geräumig und hat zwei Waschbecken, Toilette separat. Ein kleines Wohnzimmer haben wir auch. Zum Thema Einkaufen : Lidl und 2x Rewe sind ca. 3 Fußminuten weg. Bushaltestelle Willi-Brandt-Platz ist auch nicht weit und zur Stadtmitte sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
