Hallo zusammen,
mein Mitbewohner zieht aus und der neue lässt sich Zeit mit dem Einzug, daher wird mein zweites Zimmer für den Zeitraum 8.5. - 1.6. frei. Das Haus wurde 1902 gebaut und ist damit ein richtig schöner Altbau. Die Wohnung hat 90 qm, eine große Wohnküche und einen hübschen kleinen Wintergarten. WC und Bad sind getrennt.
Das Zimmer ist ca 18 qm groß und möbliert (Bett, Tisch mit Stühlen, Regal, Kommode).
