Die Wohnung ist Richtung Süd/West ausgerichtet. So hat man immer etwas Tageslicht. Die Ostplatz und Willy-Brandt platz halstellen erreicht man in 2und 5 minuten zu Fuß. Direkter Bus zur Uni (nummer 15) kann man am Ostplatz nehmen, es dauert nur 15-20 minuten bis zur Uni. Rewe und lidl sind auch ganz nah. Bis zum Friedrichsau oder Münster braucht man nur 10 minuten zu Fuß. Keller gibt es auch. Wenn es naß ist kann man Fahrräder hinter dem Haus stellen, so dass die nicht naß werden, sonnst eifach vor dem Haus gibt es Platz.
Das zimmer ist quadratich mit 2 Fenster. Zwischen 11Uhr und 15:00 Uhr kommt die Sonne auch rein :)
In der küche gibt es Oven und Mikrowelle und im Bad gibt es 2 Waschdecken. Warm Miete ist 230euro und dazu kommt Internet (etwa 8-10 pro Monat)
Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen wohnen will, werde ich bald wie möglich ausziehen.Besichtigungstermin ist kurzfristig möglich. Wenn Sie Interesse haben, bitte einfach eine email schiecken. :)
