Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
leider muss ich Ulm verlassen und suche daher einen Nachmieter für mein WG- Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Du bist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der Donau und in ca. 7 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut und du brauchst nur etwa 2 Minuten zur nächsten Straßenbahn- bzw. Bushaltestelle. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch top (Rewe hat bis 24.00 geöffnet).
Du würdest mit Martin (Doktorand) und Roland (Arbeitet bei einem Logistikunternehmen) zusammenwohnen, die beide sehr unkomplizierte und angenehme Mitbewohner sind.
Das Zimmer ist ruhig, hell und du hast Morgensonne.
Am Besten kommst du einfach vorbei und schaust es dir selbst an... :)
