Das Apartment befindet sich am Rand der Ulmer Innenstadt, ist dennoch ruhig.
Die Fenster gehen nach Süden und Westen, weshalb das Apartment sehr sonnig und hell ist.
Zum Apartment gehört ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Küche wird mit dem nachbatapartment geteilt.
Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, und es gibt keine Anschlussmöglichkeit, aber dafür einen nahe gelegenen Waschsalon.
In der Miete inbegriffen sind alle Nebenkosten.
Es kommen also außer der Miete keine weiteren Kosten auf Sie zu.
Zum Münsterplatz sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 min, zum Justizgebäude (Haltestelle) ca.2min.
Nachbar kommt aus Pakistan. Er sieht auch in ein oder zwei Monate aus.
Ich suche Nachmieter. Interne-Vertrag kann man ünbernehmen (erwünscht) (kostet 45 Euro (25 Internet+ 20 Fernsehr Anschluss) mit dem Fernseher anschluss. Der Fernseher anschluss ist kündigbar ab Januar 2018).
