Das Zimmer ist hell, groß mit Sicht auf den Garten mit viel Sonne vor allem am Nachmittag. Die Wohnung liegt im EG, eines Altbau mit super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und 5 Min Gehweg bis zur Donau.
Die WG setzt sich aus 3 Mitbewohnern zusammen, wobei es sich um eine Studentin und 1 Doktorandin handelt. Manchmal wird auch zusammen gekocht, wobei die beiden anderen Mitbewohner auch aufgrund von Wohnortwechsel bis Ende des Jahres ausziehen. Die WG hat 3 ca. gleich große Zimmer, einen kleinen gemeinsamen Essbereich in der Küche und im Eingangsbereich, ein Bad mit Wanne sowie eine separate Gästetoilette.
Die Wohnung kann gerne jederzeit besichtigt werden.
