Unsere WG hat 2 gemeinsame Wohn-/Esszimmer und als absolute Plus eine 2 große Balkone mit Münsterblick für entspannte Abende im Sommer.
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau über 2 Stockwerke mit 2 Bädern.
Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt, gute und schnelle Anbindung an die Uni und Innenstadt.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Valentin(22), Peter(21) und Laura(19), allesamt im erstem Semester Humanmedizin in Ulm.
Wir haben die WG im Oktober letzten Jahres zusammen aufgemacht und kennen uns daher sehr gut.
Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt nach etwas leer, da wir alles selber einrichten mussten.
Wenn wir mal nicht in der Uni sind, kochen wir gerne zusammen oder gehen feiern.
Wir legen wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander und Ehrlichkeit, wo jeder sich frei entfalten kann und ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang herrscht.
