Hallo!
Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe :) ,
wird ein Platz in dieser WG frei.
Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster sowie einen französischen Balkon, sodass es besonders hell ist.
Das Bad ist sehr schön und sogar mit Badewanne, die Küche klein aber fein.
Ich werde meine Möbel alle mitnehmen, sodass das Zimmer selbst unmöbliert sein wird.
Zum Einzugsdatum: oben steht zwar der 1.7., ideal (=Pluspunkt) wäre für mich allerdings der 16.6.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist man schnell an der Uni (15min.), am Hauptbahnhof (10min.) oder auch in der Stadt (7min.)
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Eher ruhig als laut.
Christine (22) und Jens (zieht zum 1.6. ein) werden die neuen Mitbewohner sein. Somit formiert sich die WG ziemlich neu.
Kontaktiert mich gerne per Sms, Whatsapp oder Email. Erzählt mir dabei ein bisschen was über euch, damit ich einen Eindruck von euch bekomme :)
