ich suche für mein geräumiges WG-Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter/eine Zwischenmieterin für den Sommer (Juni-Juli-August).
Du bekommst ein 26qm großes Zimmer, mit einem 1,40 Bett, einem Schreibtisch (wenn du willst lasse ich zwei Monitore stehen) einem Kleiderschrank und einer (Fahrrad)-Werkstatt sowie einer Couch. (Genau, alles in deinem Zimmer...). Das ganze bei 3,40 Deckenhöhe.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein 25qm großes Wohnzimmer mit Couchgarnitur, Fernseher und PS3. Eine Küche haben wir auch, die hat nochmal etwa 25qm mit einer Essmöglichkeit für 5-6 Leute. An Platz sollte es also nicht mangeln :)
Bad ist frisch renoviert, Waschmaschine steht drin, also auch dafür ist gesorgt.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Willy Brand Platz, also hast du direkt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür, dazu einen REWE und eine gemütliche Bar ist genau 6 Meter von der Haustür entfernt.
Für den Sommer noch relevant: 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Friedrichsau, 10 Minuten zu Fuß an die Donau, 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.
Zum Inventar gehören zwei Mitbewohner, einmal Männlein, einmal Weiblein, beides Studenten und sehr verträglich.
