Wir suchen ab dem 1.07. eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein sehr schönes möbliertes, ca. 16 qm großes Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmerwohnung eines Zweifamilienhauses,
Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Wohngegend, dennoch ist es ein sehr kurzer Weg in das Stadtzentrum.
Die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in einer Gehminute.
Die Miete beträgt 380.- Euro im Monat plus Strom und Wlan.
Der Strom und das WLAN sind von den Mieterinnen selbst angemeldet und verwaltet. Zur Zeit kostet der Strom pro Person ca. 40.- Euro pro Monat.
Im Keller kann eine Waschmaschine mitbenutzt werden.
Das Thermostat der Ölheizung wird während der Heizperiode auf 21.5° Grad (fix) eingestellt.
Bei Bedarf kann ein Infrarotpaneel im Zimmer dazugeschaltet werden.
Es gibt einen Kehrwochenkalender.
Das Haus befindet sich am Safranberg in einem ruhigen Haus.
Bis zur Bushaltestelle ist es nur eine Gehminute.
