Ein ruhiges Altbau Zimmer in der KöWi in Ulm. Größe etwa 18-20qm, wir sind uns nicht ganz sicher. Das Zimmer ist süd-westlich gelegen und neulich gestrichen.
Das Zimmer kostet 360€ warm.
Außerdem wird auch noch ein kleineres Zimmer (13qm), für 295€, ebenfalls zum 1. Oktober frei. Ihr könnt euch also gerne auch zu zweit melden :)
Wir sind fast direkt am Willy-Btand-Platz, wenn mans eilig hat ist man in 2 min an Bahn und Bus. Es verkehren die 1 und die 4 regelmäßig. In 15 min ist man locker am Münsterplatz, also nah am Geschehen aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Wir sind momentan zwei Mädels auf der Suche nach neuen Mitbewohnern, da die momentanen ins Haus gegenüber ziehen. Wir kochen gern (vegetarisch/vegan) und trinken auch gern mal ein Bierchen, ohne ne heftige Party WG zu sein. Es wär uns wichtig, wenn du das nicht als Zwecks WG siehst, sondern auch mal Bock auf nen WG Abend und ein cooles Zusammenleben hast.
