The room is 13 m2 and has a window facing some trees, that keep direct sunlight out during the summer months.
Sorry for the mess, but finals are approaching so i didnt have time to make it look super pretty :). I purchased the furniture and I intend to move out with it, however, if you are intrested in a certain piece don`t hesitate to ask. Basic furniture (closet, bed, night table) would also be provided by the Studierendenwerk.
Although beeing based in a Studierendenwerk noise is not a problem.
The Studierendenwerk is in very close proximity to the ÖPNV. A bus stops right in front of the door and leves about 200 m further down the street.
The Friedrichsau can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes and the hourly bus takes about 15 minutes to get to the university.
Hi, we are Benni and Jan. Jan will move out in September for a Semester abroad and we are looking for someone to take Jans room.
We are looking for someone that is willing to participate in activities together (eg. cooking, tabletennis, a barbecue or going to a party sometimes).
The apartment is rented out over the Studierendenwerk Ulm, so we are only able to accept applicants that go to University/Hochschule. We are mainly looking for somebody who intends to stay in the Apartment for longer than a Semester.
The official contract starts on the first of october, but if you want to move in a month ahead that would be great.
