Also mal schnell ein paar Daten zu der Wohnung:

- Parkhaus (kostenlos) vor dem Haus

So und nun bisschen was zu dem Zimmer. :)
- 25qm groß mit schönem großen Fenster und Glasbalkontür
- Balkon mit 8qm Größe den man von der Straße her nicht einsehen kann
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß weit weg und zu Lidl und Sky sind es auch nur 5 Minuten. Vor der Haustür ist ein Konditorei und eine Apotheke, und natürlich die Ulmer Friedrichsau mit Tiergarten/Aquarium, Minigolfplatz, Volksfestplatz und und und....
Ruft mich einfach an wenn ihr Interesse habt.
Mo-Fr bin ich von 12-21 Uhr aber nicht erreichbar wegen der Arbeit! Zu allen anderen Zeiten könnt ihr mich gerne anrufen!
