Das Zimmer, ca. 10qm, ist klein und gemütlich zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Es ist unmöbliert und kostet inklusive Nebenkosten (Internet und Telefon) 265€.
Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt an der Endhaltestelle der Linie 1 in Söflingen. Zur Uni kommt man gut mit der 13 die alle 20 Minuten fährt und nur ca. 15 Minuten braucht. Hier gibt es einen netten Klosterhof um die Ecke, an dem Freitags immer Markt ist und ausserdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad schnell raus aus Ulm im Grünen.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Felix, 28 Jahre im Abschlußsemester Medizin und Marcin, 29 Jahre, Architekt und arbeitet schon. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, sind aber nicht kleinlich. Wir haben einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man sehr gut Grillen kann. Es wäre schön wenn Du Dich mit in die WG einbringst und es keine Zweck-WG wird. Aber es ist nicht schlimm, wenn man auch mal keine Lust zum reden hat und lieber für sich sein möchte.
Es wäre schön wenn Du ein paar Worte über Dich schreiben könntest. Was Du so machst und wie Du Dir ein WG-Leben vorstellst.
