Hallo! Ich bin 34, Journalistin und suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Du solltest WG-erfahren, mindestens 25 Jahre alt und auch berufstätig sein. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Söflingen im Erdgeschoss und es gehört ein großer Garten zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer hat ca. 19 qm, sonstige Möbel kannst du gerne mit ins Wohnzimmer stellen. Es gibt einen Keller und einen Dachboden. Ich suche nach jemand, mit dem man mal auch was kochen oder abends in der Küche hocken kann - die Chemie sollte also stimmen. Was du wissen solltest: Ich bin nicht super unordentlich aber auch nicht sehr ordentlich, irgendwas dazwischen. Das Zimmer kann theoretisch ab sofort oder auch später bezogen werden.
Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Sonnenstraße sind es 150 Meter. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Söflingen, bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es aber nur zehn Minuten.
Wir wären zu zweit - eine Zweck-WG sollte es nicht sein. Ich habe viel in WGs gewohnt und hoffe, nun wieder jemanden zu finden, mit dem es passt. Bisher habe ich in der Wohnung mit meinem Freund gewohnt.
