Zimmer im ersten Stock, über Küche gelegen, Haus hat 4 Zimmer + Küche sowie zwei Bäder und ein Klo. Keller und Speicher sind vorhanden.
Fenster geht nach hinten zum Nachbargarten hinaus. Decke ist etwas niedriger als üblich, zwei Querbalken, ich hatte mit knapp 1,80cm jedoch keine Probleme.
Nachts sehr ruhig, Sonne scheint abends im Sommer ins Zimmer, ab ca. 17:00
Verkehrsanbindung ist dank zentraler Lage in Söflingen sehr gut, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu Staßenbahn in die Innenstadt oder Bus Linie 13 zur Uni (Fahrzeit ca. 10 Minuten).
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Biosupermarkt und Drogerie sowie Bäckerei und Metzger in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie Freitags Wochenmarkt im Klosterhof. Größerer Supermarkt ca. 10min zu Fuß und Blautalcenter ca 15min zu Fuß.
WG Bewohner sind gemischt, zwei mal weiblich einmal männlich, deshalb vorzugsweise zweite männliche Person gesucht, ist aber kein Zwang.
Mitbewohner sind
Evgenyia, studiert Wirtschaftsmathematik und beginnt gerade mit der Masterarbeit,
Julia, macht eine Ausbildung zur Rechtshilfe und
Marving, macht Ausbildung zum MTA.
Boden im Zimmer wird renoviert momentan noch Teppich, wird aber mit Laminat ersetzt.
