Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer in Ulm-Söflingen.
Das WG-Zimmer ist 18qm groß, die Küche, das Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC, der Kellerraum und der Waschraum ist zur Teilnutzung mit den anderen Mittbewohnerinnen.
350 € gehen Warm an den Vermieter und 50 € für Strom und
Internet an eine Mittbewohnerin.
Insgesamt gibt es 3 Zimmer wovon 2 schon vermietet sind. Du wärst also die Dritte.
Das Wg-Zimmer ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Blautalcenter ist 10 min zu Fuß und 3-5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Bushaltestellen sind gleich ums Eck und zur nächsten S-Bahn Station sind es 10 Gehminuten. Sehr nah an der Bundesstraße B10.
Du wirst 2 Mittbewohnerinnen haben, die beide sehr lieb sind.
Die eine macht gerade ihr Abi und die andere ein FSJ.
Beide sind sehr umgänglich. Abends kochen wir meistens gemeinsam oder unternehmen was.
