The room is about 20qm in an old building with two big windows and therefore a lot of light. It is furnished with a queen-size bed (150 x 190), a drawer, a big desk (adjustable height), a bookshelf, a chair and a super nice big mirror. Some of this furniture is from the house and some are mine, which we can talk about how to deal with them.
Then we have a super lovely bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, and the toilet at the corner. The cool point would be the window in the bathroom, which is super nice.
We have a kitchen, which is equipped as you can see in the photos. The space is limited in there but again we can work it out if you would like to add a shelf or cabinet.
Finally, the living room, which I really love. I equipped it with a TV, a sofa, a chair, a 4-person dining table, and a big shelf filled with books and wine glasses
The flat is located in Königstrasse, söflingen. So far I was always living in the Oststadt but I have to admit that Söflingen and Weststadt are very nice I really like it here especially the Söflingen old town part.
There is a bus station for Bus 8, which goes directly to University. It is only 2 minutes walking to the bus stop and 7 minutes to Königstraße station for Linie 1.
The closest supermarket is REWE 7-10 minutes away if you walk. But there are also Norma, Lidl, and the best Edeka close by.
We are also very close to Westbad if you like swimming before going to work in the morning or after work. Of course when they open up after the luck down.
I am Pietro, a 26 years old Ph.D student in Ulm University. I am a very chill guy who loves comics and walking. I will leave Ulm for two months due a collaboration with another lab. I will stay in Ulm up to the mid of August but, if you want to check the flat when I' m gone, I can ask to my flatmate.
My flatmate is Milad, almost 30 years old that just finished his Ph.D in Ulm. He loves cooking (he is a great chef btw) and drinking and having casual talks. So it's your chance to try some surprisingly good Iranian dishes!

I have some basic German knowledge but to be honest writing such a long text in German would be tough for me.
