Das Zimmer ist im erste Stock des Hauses und befindet sich auf neben der Küche.
Es hat ein Fenster im Zimmer und der Boden ist laminiert. Das Haus ist ein saniertes Altbau aber man merkt es garnicht wenn man das Haus anschaut. Es ist alles neu saniert die Wände außen und innen, der Boden, die Fliesen im Bad.
Die Lage ist recht zentral im Herzen von Ulm-Söflingen. Man hat es nur 1 Minute bis zur S-Bahn oder Bushaltestelle. Vom Bäcker, Dönerladen, Eisdiele, Drogeriemarkt bis zum Schreibwarengeschäft hat es alles was man braucht. Man kommt relativ schnell überall hin. Ein Einkaufscenter hat es auch mit 5 min Fußweg.
Die WG ist relativ offen für Berufstätige sowohl als auch für Studierende oder Azubis. Das Leben in der Wg ist ruhig, man kocht ab und an zusammen und hat auch mal deine Zeit für sich wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will. Es sind 3 Mitbewohner-/innen, 1 Berufstätiger und 2 Studierende.
