Zu mir: Ich bin Philip, 24 Jahre alt und studiere momentan noch Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Master an der Universität Ulm. Da ich ich im kommenden Semester ein Auslandssemester in Spanien geplant habe, wird mein WG-Zimmer von September diesen Jahres bis einschließlich Februar des nächsten Jahres leer stehen ! Daher würde ich dieses gerne zwischenvermieten. Möbel bleiben während der Zeit in dem Zimmer - alle kleineren und gut transportierbaren Gegenstände werden natürlich zwischengelagert, um Stauraum für eigene Sachen zu ermöglichen.
Zur WG: Wir sind eine relativ junge 4er-WG im Zentrum Söflingens (Tram Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür). Wir setzen uns zusammen aus 3 Studenten und einer Berufstätigen. Die Lage der WG bietet in unmittelbarer Umgebung diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Apotheken, Müller, Edeka), Restaurants und einen belebten aber idyllischen Ortskern mit Nähe zur Natur (Blau (Bach)/Blaupark mit vielen Grünflächen nur 5/10 Minuten Laufweg entfernt).
Außerdem ist der Hauptbahnhof bzw. das Zentrum Ulms mit der Tram in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, und die Universität mit Bus in 13 Minuten. Zudem haben wir einen relativ geräumigen Balkon mit Grill, welcher natürlich auch gern benutzt werden kann.

About me: I'm Philip, 24 years old, currently studying economics (Master) at the University of Ulm. Since I have planned a semester abroad in Spain in the coming semester, my shared room will be empty from September this year up to and including February next year ! Therefore I would like to rent this room temporarily. Furniture will stay in the room during this time - all smaller and easily transportable items will of course be stored temporarily to allow storage space for your own belongings.
About the shared flat: We are a relatively young constellation of 4 in the center of Söflingen (Tram stop right in front of the door). We are 3 students and one worker. The location of the WG offers in the immediate surroundings various shopping opportunities (baker, pharmacies, Müller, Edeka), restaurants and a lively but idyllic town center with proximity to nature (Blau (Bach)/Blaupark with many green spaces only 5/10 minutes walk away).
In addition, the main train station of Ulm can be reached by Tram in about 10 minutes, and the university by bus in 13 minutes. In addition, we have a relatively spacious balcony with barbecue, which of course can be used without problems.
