An unfurnished single room is available in a three-room shared apartment . Move-in date is flexible.
It is available until the end of the year, but it could be extended if needed and will be shared with another person. The caution is 800€.
The main door leads to the hallway from where other rooms can be accessed. You room has a large window that open towards the street.
The whole apartment is 73m2 with three rooms, you will have your own private room and the living room is shared. Of course, privacy is respected.

I am quite a sporty person and enjoy playing table tennis, badminton, volleyball, cycling, rowing, working out and many other sports. Ulm hauptbahnhof is about 15 minutes of walk. Ulmer Munster/city center is about 20 minutes of walk or 13 minutes by public transport. Danube is about 10 minutes.
