Hier ein paar Eckdaten zur Wohnung und zur Wohngegend:
Die 70m² Wohnung besteht aus 2 gleichgroßen, nicht aneinandergrenzenden WG-Zimmern, 1 vollausgestatteten Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas, 1 vollausgestatteten Küche mit großen Kühlschrank (3 Gefrierfächer), getrenntem Bad und WC, 1 Abstellkammer für Lebensmittel etc., 1 Kellerraum und einem Raum für die Waschmaschine.
Das betreffende Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Es hat zwei gut isolierende Fenster mit Rollläden - kann also komplett abgedunkelt werden (siehe Bilder). Bei den 340 Euro pro Monat ist komplett alles dabei - also auch Müllgebühren, Internet, Strom, und alles, was sonst noch dazu kommen könnte.
Direkt um die Ecke (<1min zu Fuß) sind eine 24h Tankstelle und eine Apotheke, in 5min Laufdistanz liegen Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl und Netto, sowie eine Bäckerei, die noch alles selbst herstellt. Nichtsdestotrotz gibt es aber auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min an der Uni. Zum Ehinger Tor, von wo aus man in fast alle Richtungen kommt, sind es ca. 7 min zu Fuß.
