Hallo du,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin uns Ende Februar leider verlässt, suchen wir nun einen Nachfolger.
Wir sind eine nette 4er-WG, bestehend aus einer Wirtschaftswissenschaftlerin und zwei Medizinern.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, 5 Gehminuten vom Ehinger Tor und somit mit guten Busanbindungen zur Uni, FH usw.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden, ein Lidl befindet sich gleich um die Ecke.
Zu der Warmmiete von rund 220 Euro kommen noch 10 Euro für Internet- und Telefonflatrate sowie rund 10 Euro für Strom. Ansonsten ist mit den Kosten eigentlich alles abgedeckt.
Wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, einfach melden. Erreichbar bin ich vorwiegend nachmittags, ab 14 oder 16 Uhr.
