Hallo,
ich suche ab 1.4. (oder etwas später, nach Absprache) einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein quadratisches, schnörkelloses (aber nicht unnettes) Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man so zum Leben braucht und alles Weitere (Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, etc.) befindet sich direkt um die Ecke.
Ich suche jemanden ab 25 aufwärts, der (idealerweise) schon arbeitet, sich gerne mal unterhält und zusammen was kocht oder in´s Kino geht, etc., aber auch nicht beleidigt ist, wenn ich mal völlig erledigt aus dem Büro komme und mich nicht mehr stundenlang unterhalten mag.
Wenn du denkst, das passt, melde dich gerne (falls ich mal einen Anruf nicht annehmen kann: Gerne auf die Mailbox sprechen und ich rufe dann zurück).
Ergänzung I: Zu den 223,00 € kommen einmalig ca. 35,00 € Müllgebühren für dieses Jahr dazu.
Ergänzung II: Das Zimmer ist wirklich komplett unmöbliert ;-)
